Harvest
After a 4-6 month crop cycle, grains are harvested for food, leaving behind 70% of the plant stock on the farm. This leftover biomass becomes the raw material foundation for Biome’s sustainable building products.

Collection & Transport
Biome collects the agricultural residue from farmers/aggregators within a 20km radius using mobile equipment. We pay farmers directly and work with local communities to ensure ethical and efficient sourcing.

Processed in the BIOME Factory
The collected biomass is shredded cleaned, and bonded with formaldehyde-free resins at our facility. The boards undergo thermosetting and finishing to create durable, safe, and sustainable engineered wood.
