Founder
With over 20 years of experience across Asia-Pacific, Sumeet has led landmark construction and green-certified projects. Having held senior leadership roles at JLL, CBRE, and Mott MacDonald, he witnessed firsthand the environmental impact of the built environment, shaping his drive toward sustainable change.
Nikita Sharma
Chief of Staff
With 12 years of experience in sustainable architecture and project delivery, Nikita has led projects centered on circular materials, emissions reduction, and renewable systems across India and Southeast Asia. She has worked with Aga Khan Trust, Aedas, and Snaptrude, and holds a Master’s in Integrated Sustainable Design.
Mukul Pandey
Design Director
With over a decade of experience in product and furniture design, Mukul leads design at Biome with a focus on sustainability and innovation. Trained at NID Ahmedabad, he develops products from concept to execution, combining craftsmanship with responsible material thinking. Prior to Biome, he founded Room For Thought, designing bespoke furniture for residential clients and institutions including IIT Hyderabad.
Ravindra Chaudhari
Design Associate
Ravindra is a lifestyle accessory and product designer with expertise in CMF, trend and material research, prototyping, and craft-based product development. He holds a Master in Design from NID along with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
